I did this presentation as part of a panel I moderated at the 2014 SLA AGC Conference. The panel focuses on different aspects of implementing and managing Discovery layers. This presentation looked how Discovery forces us to look at physical and electronic collections as part of one library, and what types of management changes we need to make to operate in that environment.
